Sales Representative.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • As a Sales Representative, you will:

    • Develop new business opportunities and generate qualified leads in your region

    • Build and manage relationships with shipowners, operators, shipyards, and integrators

    • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

    • Collaborate with Vaar’s engineering team to prepare tailored proposals and technical offers

    • Represent Vaar at local trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings (where applicable)

    • Provide regular updates on market developments and customer feedback

    • Very attractive commission-only structure with highly competitive rates (no fixed salary)

    • Full marketing and technical support including presentations, brochures, and proposal assistance

    • Access to Vaar’s deep product and engineering knowledge base

    • Flexibility and independence to operate in your home market

    • Clear path to becoming a full-time equity holding employee for high performers

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within maritime, industrial, or renewable energy sectors

    • Established network of contacts in marine or energy-related industries is a strong advantage

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

    • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently

    • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
